Frequently asked questions
Which ORYVEN card should I buy?
Choose by phone. iPhone users need the card for Apple Find My, Android users need the card for Google Find Hub. If you might switch phones, the Dual-System card works with either. See Compare models.
Does the Dual-System card work with iPhone and Android at the same time?
It works with Apple Find My or Google Find Hub, one system at a time. To move it to the other system, remove it from your current app and add it in the other one, following the instructions included with the card.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Apple Find My and Google Find Hub are free to use, and ORYVEN doesn't charge any ongoing fee.
Does the card have GPS?
No. It uses Bluetooth. When you're nearby you can make it play a sound. When it's further away, phones in the Find My or Find Hub network report its location, and you see where it was last detected on a map.
Do I need a separate app?
iPhone users use the built-in Find My app. Android users use Google's Find Hub app.
How is it powered?
The card is rechargeable on a standard wireless charging pad, so there are no batteries to replace. See our setup guide for charging details.
Is it better than an AirTag for a wallet?
An AirTag is round and adds a bulge to a wallet. ORYVEN is card shaped and slim, so it sits in a card slot. Read our full comparison.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free Australia-wide on orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat $5 standard shipping fee. See shipping information.
Can I return it?
Change-of-mind returns are available for eligible unused products within 30 days. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty products may qualify for a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. See our refund policy.
