1. About these terms

This website, oryven.com.au, is operated by Oryven (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Adelaide, South Australia. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy policy, Return and refund policy and Shipping information.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe our products accurately, including which phones and finding networks (Apple Find My or Google Find Hub) each model works with. Product images are for illustration and the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance. Location features depend on the Apple or Google network and nearby devices, and on your phone’s settings.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely at checkout and we don’t store your full card details.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing error. If we cancel after payment, we’ll refund you in full.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping information page for details.

6. Returns and your consumer rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind returns and how to make a claim are explained in our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Using our website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to interfere with its security or operation. Content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Third-party services

Apple, Find My, iPhone, Google, Android and Find Hub are trademarks of their respective owners. ORYVEN is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Google. Use of their apps and networks is subject to their own terms.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including the loss of any item a tracker is attached to. A tracker helps you locate items but cannot guarantee their recovery.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
